We're currently on the lookout for a Business Support Analyst to work alongside our Onboarding, Customer Success & Support teams.

About the role:

This is a client-facing role primarily focused around supporting & advising our client-base on their business challenges.

You'll have a knack for problem-solving. Responding to client's ad-hoc support requests & orchestrating comprehensive changes to internal business processes such as project accounting, resourcing & project tracking.

You will also act as a point of escalation for our clients and will be responsible for arranging online meetings & conference calls with key stakeholders.



We’re looking for someone with a strong background in professional services, who is interested in moving into tech and learning about how professional services companies operate at a deeper level.

You'll be confident in building upon your existing knowledge to become an expert in business concepts and best practices for the industries we support.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a sensible approach to prioritisation and the ability to work with different people; often under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will need good interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to adapt to different situations and a willingness to learn.
