We're currently looking for a Project Coordinator to work alongside our On-boarding, Customer Success & Product Development teams.

About the role:
This is a client-facing role which is focused around coordinating on-boarding projects to implement new clients onto the CMAP application.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling the on-boarding team
- Arranging key sessions with clients
- Responding to queries
- Keeping clients updated on their progress throughout the implementation process.
- Coordinating the roll-out of new features to our existing client-base.
A key aspect of the role will revolve around your ability to develop relationships with key contacts within our client-base.
You'll be working closely with decision-makers operating in a variety of functions (finance, business development, operations etc.) at leading professional services companies.
You'll also be working closely with our Product Development team to make recommendations on functional changes to the product based on the feedback and needs of clients & the industries they operate in.
We’re looking for people who have a strong background in a professional services environment, who are interested in moving into tech and learning about how professional services companies operate at a deeper level.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a sensible approach to prioritisation and the ability to work with different people; often under pressure and to tight deadlines.
You will need good interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to adapt to different situations and a willingness to learn.
