CREATE Design + Architecture are the latest practice to implement CMAP for Architects.
The London-based practice is run by a team of dedicated architects and technologists, who pride themselves on coming together to deliver great design on realistic budgets within a range of sectors.
After using a bespoke system for some time, the practice decided to make the switch to CMAP.
As CMAP is an integrated, cloud-based project accounting solution, it means that CREATE will benefit from all of the features and functionality they require, whilst eliminating the disruption and extra costs associated with maintaining and updating a completely bespoke system.
Similarly, they were particularly impressed with CMAP's development cycle, with new features and functionality constantly being developed and added to CMAP every 2 weeks. This is something else which is only made possible by the fact that CMAP is cloud-based.
For CREATE, this means that they no longer need to worry about processes becoming outdated or clunky, instead they're constantly being refined and improved behind the scenes, without causing any disruption to their business.
“We chose CMAP because of its user-friendly interface that will give us the ability to easily assess our project and practice finances. The resource planning element of the software was particularly important to us.
We anticipate that CMAP will be a fantastic tool to help CREATE continue to grow. The software had been recommended to us by a number of other practices.” Phil Morris, Director
In terms of functionality, CMAP offers simple resource management and staff availability reports, which will enable them to get a clear grip on their resource planning via simple, visual, live reports.
Budget vs Actual reports will also provide a real time, visual view of project performance and project profitability. Not to mention the custom reports they're free to generate using CMAP's Business Intelligence module, which will enable them to get any view they like over business performance.
We're looking forward to getting the practice up and running.
Put an end to grinding processes.
