Safer Sphere are moving from a bespoke job costing system to CMAP, primarily for scalability reasons e.g. the opening of new office locations.
CMAP was viewed as the natural choice as its job costing functionality is specifically built for companies in the built environment space, with concepts like "percentage of construction cost" and "price per square ft/m", that you won't find in generalist professional services systems.
As well as moving to a system that offered them the job costing approaches they required, CMAP's CRM modules were of great interest e.g. a centralized contacts database, lead & opportunity management, sales-follow up activities, and more. All of which can help them continue to grow and expand.
