One of the most important aspects of CMAP is our constant development cycle. Our dev team releases updates and refinements every two weeks, and we’re in constant dialogue with all our clients in order to find out what new features and improvements will not only benefit them, but our user base as a whole.
One such user is Eckersley O’Callaghan. The engineering practice was founded in 2004 and have established themselves as one of the foremost and innovative engineers in the world.
With incredible projects such as Apple’s Steve Jobs Theater and London’s ‘Sky Pool’ to their name, it’s no wonder they’ve won a truck load of awards, including not one but two Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.
They were on the hunt for a project management system in 2016, with group finance director Sam Nichols keen to find not just a piece of software, but a company that they could build a strong relationship with in order to achieve their goals.
We spoke to Sam about what it's been like working with CMAP, and how the software has developed on the back of our relationship with him and the rest of our clients. Watch the video or download the PDF to see the full story.
"The great thing about it is that someone like me can say ‘hey guys, have you thought about doing this’ and they’ll listen. And if they feel that it would work, and other people agree, they’ll make changes."
